Our villa 'Villetta GRASSI' used to be our private residence. In the meantime we live 20 minutes away from Cascina Grassi and leave our former home to other guests who would like to come to Cascina GRASSI.

Our villa 'Villetta GRASSI' has 120sqm of living space distributed over 2 floors with a private garden and small balcony with a beautiful view of the countryside. In detail consisting of

  • 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) - one mattress.
  • 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200) - 2 mattresses, bathroom integrated in the bedroom with tub, shower and sink. 1 WC in the hallway

  • Spacious kitchen/living room with everything you need (6 burner gas stove, 2 ovens, microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator, integrated water tap with filtered drinking water)
  • living/bedroom (a living room with a comfortable double bed equipped for watching TV instead of a couch/sofa incl. TV (SAT- German channels)
  • narrow balcony (access through the master bedroom) with a beautiful view of the countryside - also suitable for breakfast with max. 2 persons
  • private garden / private sitting area for 4 persons
  • various seating areas in front of/behind the house
  • private parking place directly in front of the house

 

General Benefits

  • WiFi/WLAN is available for our guests free of charge.
  • Parking is free of charge.
  • It is possible to buy various homemade jams, pickled vegetables, dried fruits/vegetables, pesto, sugo and wine from the farm. Furthermore, depending on the season, there are various fruits and vegetables from our garden.
  • We help to organize e-bikes for nice tours.
  • Swimming pool with salt water treatment.
  • Drinking water facility where all guests can help themselves.

  • For all lovers of smoothies and fresh juices: In the morning, on request, a juicer and an electric citrus press are available in a central location in the Cascina, so that our guests can press or mix the fruits/vegetables they have bought/brought along for breakfast.
  • Should we have hobby cooks as guests, who need further equipment (blender, mixer, slicer, vacuum device for purchased food, etc.) - with us (almost) everything is available and can be borrowed with pleasure.
  • All apartments have a radio/CD device with smartphone connection (Bluetooth/USB cable).
    • There is the possibility to wash clothes (5,00 € will be charged per wash).
